REQUEST FOR CLEANING SERVICES:
Office Cleaning, Fumigation, Pest Control and Sanitary Services
Widows and Orphans Empowerment Organisation (WEWE) is a leading Nigerian Non-Governmental Organization implementing a 5 year USAID funded “Local Partners Initiative for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (LOPIN 2)’. WEWE is soliciting for a cleaning agency to provide cleaning services for our offices in all our states of implementation
Location: Abuja, Port-Harcourt and Uyo
Scope of Work/Objectives/Expectations:
- Daily cleaning of the office building; interior and exterior surroundings, furnishings, fittings and toilets.
- Daily disposal of wastes at appropriate disposal sites
- Routine fumigation/ pest control within the office building and surroundings.
Duration of service: 3 months with renewal
Payment method: Monthly workmanship for assigned cleaning personnel
Working Relationships:
The cleaning agency/staff will work under the supervision of WEWE Administration department
How to apply
Interested agencies should submit tender documentation that includes the following:
- Profile of the organization including an application letter to be a vendor of WEWE.
- A copy of evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs, form CO2, CO7 and Memo of Articles and Association
- Key contacts (website, email, and telephone).
- Profile of Management of the company with their qualifications and relevant working experience.
- Current Company’s audited financial statement for the past 3 years including tax clearance certificates (for 2014, 2015 and 2016).
- Evidence of a Tax Identification Number (TIN)/ Recent Tax Clearance Certificate
- Evidence of bank account in the name of the company / business entity.
- Clients’ references for work which have been performed within the last five years (Copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached).
- Certificates from Health, Safety and Environment bodies is an added advantage
Please Note: All costs incurred by bidders as a result of this process and any subsequent requests for information shall be borne by the bidding companies. Only companies that satisfy the pre-qualification requirements will be contacted with Request for Quotes (RFQ).
Submission of Application / Closing Date:
A sealed envelope containing one hard copy of all submissions and labelled as; Application for Cleaning Services should be forwarded to the address below while one soft copy as a SINGLE PDF attachment be forwarded to the email address cleaningservices@weweng.org on or before 5.00pm 13th March, 2019.
