Call for Pre-Qualification of Vendors for Archiving/Storage/Warehousing Services
Widows & Orphans Empowerment Organization (WEWE) hereby invites competent vendors to participate in a bid for physical archiving/storage/warehousing of documents for 7 years.
Location: Abuja
Vendor Submission Requirement:
- Introduction letter and full proposal on services rendered
- Evidence of company’s incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of three years (2016 – 2018) Tax remittance
- Past performance references of similar service to similar organization as WEWE
- Three reference letters from organizations similar to WEWE where you have provided similar services
- Comprehensive company profile including verifiable address, active phone numbers & email addresses
- Audited Financial Statement for the past 3 years (2016 – 2018)
- Company’s registered address, functional contact email address and GSM phone number(s) of key personnel
- Evidence of bank account in the name of the company / business entity: the confirmation should be provided by your bankers.
- Any means of identification for MD/CEO (e.g. International Passport, National Identity Card, Permanent Voters Card, Driver’s License)
- Evidence of company Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Method of Submission:
Vendors who meet the requirements should forward the required documents with a cover letter as both soft and hard copies (as a SINGLE PDF attachment) explaining their suitability to procurement@weweng.org
The SUBJECT of the email should – Archiving/Storage/Warehousing Documents.
The cover letter should be addressed to the address below, and the hard copies should be submitted to the address below:

The deadline for submission of bid documents is Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted.
Assessment of size and volume of the items:
Vendors are allowed to come to the office to assess the size and volume of the items for storage and warehousing.
